PwC Announces New Partners
PwC recently announced the appointment of four new partners in their Nashville and Atlanta offices: Jonathan Flack, CPA in the Private Company Services practice; Kelly Plummer, CPA in the Assurance practice; Amanda Foster, CPA in the Assurance practice and Pieter Penning in the Advisory practice.
Flack has extensive experience working with multi-billion dollar private, national and international companies in a range of industries, including distribution, retail and technology. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wofford College and is licensed to practice in Tennessee and South Carolina.
Plummer has more than 12 years of financial services experience and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Trevecca Nazarene University. She also serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee.
Foster has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, tax and business advisory. She received her bachelor’s and master’s in accountancy degrees from Auburn University.
Penning has almost 15 years of data protection and security compliance experience, working with large businesses. He graduated from the University of Pretoria in South Africa with his degree in Information Science.
AlphaPoint Technology Names New Chief Financial Officer
AlphaPoint Technology, Inc., provider of asset management software, recently named Geoff Bicknell as Chief Financial Officer. Bicknell has prior experience in senior level positions and 40 years of financial, commercial and operational management experience. He is a Chartered Accountant in the U.K. and Canada.
Yeo & Yeo Announces Managing Principal
Yeo & Yeo, P.C., an accounting and consulting services firm, recently appointed Michael Zimmerman, CPA as a managing principal accountant. Zimmerman’s expertise includes tax planning and preparation, management consulting and personal computer support.
Park Electrochemical Corp. Names Business Development Manager
Park Electrochemical Corp., global advanced materials company, recently promoted David Kim to the position of Business Development Manager. Kim graduated from Boston University School of Management with his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
MaxxVault Sales Team Gets New Addition
MaxxVault LLC, an enterprise electronic document management systems company, recently added John Martin to its sales team. Martin has more than 20 years of high tech solutions sales experience. He has helped build imaging/ECM solutions for Canadian National Railroad, Xerox Corporation and Boeing, as well as other companies.

Donlon graduated from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. Drumm received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. Ganshert earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and a Master’s of Science in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Ginn graduated with her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Alabama and her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama – Birmingham. Hull earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University – Bloomington and his Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University – Chicago. Katz earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and earned his Master of Science in Taxation from the Kogod School of Business at American University. Kiecker graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He also earned an IFRS Certification. Kroll has his IFRS certification and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola University – Chicago. Leiden graduated from Pennsylvania State University with his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Patti earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Smith received his Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Wagner graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
Paycom Announces New Chief Marketing Officer
Paycom, online payroll and HR technology company, recently announced the appointment of Kathy Oden-Hall as chief marketing officer. Oden-Hall has extensive experience developing internal and external communication and marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies. She received her bachelor’s degree in journalism and advertising from the University of Oklahoma.
